    1 - make the tables capable of referencing *one* cmap and reversed 
    2   cmap. this will allow for the cmap to change in applications 
    3   that would need such a thing. 
     1- the GlyphRecord object is getting messy. Look into 
     2  consolidating all the various private reference attributes. 
     3- the various private contextual attrs should be moved to properties. 
     4- make the various Count attributes properties.
